In order to qualify for replacement, you must still have your old product.<\/p>\n

How it Works:<\/h3>\n

  1. Fill Out the Lifetime Replacement Form<\/strong>Enter your information in the form below.<\/li>\n
  2. Mail us your old MO Product with the Form provided.<\/strong>Use the form we provide you to mail back your old product(s). SA Mailing address: Building 4 Midrand Business Park, 563 Old Pretoria Road, Midrand, Gauteng, 1686

  3. Enter our online purchase portal and order your replace product under the “Warranty” option.<\/strong>Select \u201cYes\u201d for warranty when making your purchase.\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note: We must receive your old product(s) within 60 days of your order. Failure to send them back will result in a charge for the full retail price for the item being replaced.<\/strong><\/p>\n
