FAQs

Mobile Outfitters has Lifetime Replacements...what does that mean?

If your product begins to fail (corners come up, adhesive fails, it gets a hole in it, cable stops working, etc.), or you aren’t able to install the film correctly, simply send your product back to us with your receipt. We’ll provide a replacement for a small fee. That’s all there is to it. Really! Click here to request a replacement.

Can I return Mobile Outfitters’ products?

Many of our locations offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee – if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return to that location for a replacement or exchange. After 7 days, you can obtain a replacement under our Lifetime Replacement Program at any time, as many times as you would like.

Because all of our locations are independently owned and operated, the Mobile Outfitters corporate office is unable to look up your order information and process returns for purchases made at a Mobile Outfitters retail location.
