Our team of Partner Success Managers assist you in selecting a location, negotiating the terms of the lease, designing your location, and getting it up and running. We provide all the guidance you’ll need leading up to and well beyond your grand opening.


Welcome aboard! First, you should identify potential locations in your territory where you wish to open a location. Then, get in touch with us! Before negotiating for a lease or space, talk to us first! We’ll help you find the right location, give you presentation materials for mall management, and design your location.


Once you’ve scoped out some locations and reached out, we’ll send you our Distributor Agreement to review and answer any questions you may have. This agreement outlines your exclusive territory, minimum requirements, and other terms for your distributorship. After you send us your initial payment and signed distributor agreement, we can get started on designing your location. Things are about to get exciting!


We believe that one of the biggest factors in our global success has been offering extensive training and support. Before you open, we’ll send you training materials to help you get familiar with your exciting new business. We’ll also assign you a personal trainer who can answer questions about staffing, inventory, sales, or just about anything else. Don’t worry, that’s not your only chance to learn. There’s also hands-on training once you open your location!


The most exciting part! Once you’ve got your location designed and stock ordered, it’s time to pick a grand opening date. Let us know when that will be, and we’ll book your training dates to ensure a smooth grand opening. We’ll also coordinate marketing efforts, promote your location on social media, list it in our online directory, and more. In addition, we’ll hook you up with our launch team, including marketers, designers, trainers and tech staff.
